Here at ZEE wetsuits we use Star Track Express or Australian Post services to deliver our wetsuits Australia wide. Both of these services allow our delivery to be tracked and traced throughout the shipment. Star track offers overnight delivery between capital cities.

Orders received by 1pm AEST on a working day will be shipped the same day, and generally delivered the next working day depending on your location. Shipping charge is AU$12.00.

Guarantee
ZEE products are proudly manufactured in Australia from the highest quality materials available. All of our suits are covered by a lifetime warranty on workmanship and a twelve month warranty on materials. Should you experience a problem with your wetsuit–please return it to us, prepaid in a clean and dry condition with a note explaining the problem. We'll take it from there. Our customer service department doesn't accept that suits which have been run over by a lawn mover are covered under warranty.

Care Instructions
ZEE wetsuits are manufactured in Australia using the finest quality materials available and to the highest standard wetsuit technology. To maintain the standard of your ZEE wetsuit, please follow the care instructions below carefully.

• after each use of your suit, rinse thoroughly in fresh water
• drip dry in a shaded area
• avoid drying out in direct sunlight
• do not store damp
• do not machine wash
• do not tumble dry
• do not dry clean
• not recommended for use in chlorinated pools

Kids' Buy Back
It's a pain in the butt when little Johnny or Mary continually grow out of their wetsuits, so we figured we would help you out by offering our “guaranteed buy back” for kids' ZEE wetsuits. So, in the future when they grow out of their suits, return it to us either by dropping it into one of our ZEE factory outlets, or post it back in a clean and dry condition. We guarantee to give you the money back off the purchase off your next ZEE wetsuit, the amount will be determined by the condition of the suit returned.

Repair Charges

Note: Other repairs such as torn panels or seams will be charged at an hourly rate of $60.00–a minimum charge of $15.00 applies to all repairs.
